The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, operates cash registers, maintains a clean and organized store environment, and assists customers with their purchases.

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Clean store interior and exterior per company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Gather customer information and use it to improve products and services.
• Customer service experience desired.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth‑grade level.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer and point‑of‑sale skills.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Employee frequently required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to type data, operate business equipment and dial the telephone.
