Key responsibilities include:

• Role model customer experience practices; engage and support customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational standards.
• Accurately ring purchases, returns, and process credit and loyalty program promotions.
• Follow merchandising procedures and aid in merchandise preparation for the sales floor.
• Assist in store recovery, maintenance, and help maintain safety throughout the day.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety awareness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail.
• Capable of multi‑tasking and responding to unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects.
