We are seeking an experienced Part‑Time Sales Associate for the Nashville location (on White Bridge Pike) with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team‑player mentality.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service
:
Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature‑related products. - Retail experience preferred but not required,
- Must have a desire to deliver high‑energy customer service,
- Must be able to consistently lift 20‑40 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.
- Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer‑based POS system (training provided).
- Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred but not required.
We will train you! - Must be able to lift and carry up to 20‑50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.
