• Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage prospective Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and potential customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for agent recruitment in alignment with Texana Bank’s objectives.
  • Conduct outreach, networking, and field recruiting efforts to grow the Branch network.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations, ensuring no involvement in loan origination or point‑of‑sale systems.
• Compensation:
  • Base wages required.
  • Eligible for recruiting overrides based on actual recruitment efforts.
  • Compensation structure may include basis points (bps) on designated/recruited production.
  • Optional compensation cap applies.
