We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth in our technical product offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and a solid understanding of technical solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
, preferably in a technical or B2B environment. - Proven experience managing or leading sales teams
. - Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Sales engineering experience or a strong technical background in solution selling.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, product development, and marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
experience with Hub Spot is a plus
. - Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, ISO, or HITRUST is a plus.
