We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive growth in our technical product offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, team leadership, and a solid understanding of technical solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver value‑driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Travel up to 30% of the time to meet with partners, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
    , preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
  • Proven experience managing or leading sales teams
    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience
    .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales engineering experience or a strong technical background in solution selling.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams including engineering, product development, and marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems;
    experience with Hub Spot is a plus
    .
  • Experience with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, ISO, or HITRUST is a plus.
