The Manager of Sales is responsible for leading daily team outreach, maintaining relationships with current customers, onboarding new customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, overseeing the call list, recording sales recap data, and addressing high-priority tasks. The role also manages a CRM, ensuring accurate classifications of current and prospective clients to streamline the sales process and enhance efficiency.
Essential Functions- Leads and coordinates daily outreach efforts to ensure the sales team aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Provides guidance and support to team members to achieve their individual and collective targets.
- Fosters and maintains strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Addresses and resolves any issues or concerns promptly to enhance customer retention.
- Oversees the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Oversees daily fulfillment operation, organizing orders, prioritizing fulfillment and troubleshooting pending issues.
- Provides necessary training and resources to new customers to maximize their experience with our products/services.
- Develops and updates a comprehensive weekly call list to ensure timely follow-up with current and potential customers.
- Reviews CRM data regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Leadership & Team Management – Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Relationship Building – Has expertise in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, as well as the ability to resolve customer concerns.
- Sales Strategy & Execution – Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Adaptability & Flexibility – Adapts to rapid changes internally and externally while focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Less than 20% travel anticipated to see clients or attend conferences requiring overnight stays.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in a sales role and/or leading a sales team.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Health Sciences or other related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience and/or leading a sales team.
