The Role:What You’ll Be Doing
- Build the Foundation
:
Strategically research and prospect high‑value leads using tools such as Salesforce, Linked In Navigator, and Zoom Info to build a robust sales pipeline. - Lead with Insight
:
Become an expert on the client’s offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify their critical business pain points. - Multi‑Channel Engagement
:
Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted Linked In messaging. - Drive Revenue
:
Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company’s revenue targets. - Process Excellence
:
Embrace feedback and utilize a comprehensive training program to master best practices and internal sales workflows.
- Career Progression
:
Clear, defined path to Account Executive (AE) or Sales Management role within 12‑18 months based on performance and mastery of skills. - Financial Security
