Sales Support Administrator

Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

• Enter all new contacts into applicable CRM within 24 hours of any event. This must include a complete capture of information (company, role, contact information, introduction source, etc).
• Follow-up on all new contacts using a standardized template.
• Maintain a drip campaign to encourage engagement.
• Coordinate meetings on behalf of senior advisors in person or over Zoom.
• Protect relationships by responding promptly and professionally to all communications.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide accurate sales forecasting.
• Track outreach and scheduling, always maintaining report-ready data.
• Log all interactions, calls and sales progress in our CRM software.
• Assist the team in building and refining workflows, processes and materials.
• Additional duties as assigned

• Previous experience with Zoho, preferred.
• Experience with self-directed case load.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Experience with high-volume data entry and follow up management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
