Compensation: $65K-$100K+ per year

• Canvass neighborhoods 2–3 hours per day, 5 days a week, and network with insurance agents and realtors
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (full training provided)
• Deliver product demos and clear, compelling presentations to homeowners
• Manage the full sales cycle: estimate → close → post‑sale follow‑up
• Grow your pipeline through disciplined CRM use, social media, and local outreach
• Build trust through professionalism, consistency, and reliable follow‑through
• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record
• Comfortable with heights and working outdoors
• Must live in Middle Tennessee
• Confident with outbound prospecting and commission‑only pay
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Earnings: $65K-$100K+ per year (draw + commission depending on experience)

• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday‑Friday with flexible hours and occasional weekends
