Outside Sales Representative

Force Roofing Systems is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Franklin, TN, earning $65,000 to $100,000+ a year through commission and bonuses. Sales experience is not required. You need a valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record, and you start with four weeks of paid training before your first inspection.

• We are a GAF Master Elite Contractor.
• We back installations with a 25-year workmanship warranty and also handle gutter and siding work.
• We provide expert witness roof evaluations for legal disputes.

• Knock doors two to three hours a day, five days a week, building referrals with insurance agents and realtors.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding using the training we give you.
• Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations.
• Own the sales cycle from estimate to close, building pipeline through our CRM, social media, and local events.

• Earn $65,000 to $100,000+ a year through commission and bonuses.
• Work as a W2 Roofing Sales Representative with a company vehicle.
• Four weeks of paid training up front, then ongoing training after that.
