Sales | Set Appointments and Earn Up To $120K–$160K
4-Day Work Week | Inbound Leads | Weekly Pay | Uncapped Commission

We’re Wesley Financial Group. We help people who’ve been misled get out of their timeshares. We are looking for sales talent who wants to:
- Work only 4 days a week (hello, 3-day breaks)
Earn serious money (our top 10% earned $120K–$160K in 2025)
Get paid weekly, commissions included
Feel good about helping real people solve real problems
Call people who asked for help (our marketing team delivers 3,000+ leads weekly)
What You’ll Do
- Call people who submitted a request for help with their timeshare
Understand their situation through real conversation
Pre-qualify them and set the appointment. That’s it!
Track everything in Salesforce
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
- Have 2–3 years of proven sales experience (telesales preferred)
Consistently hit or beat your targets
Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable on a Mac and a CRM
