• Delight our customers
• Lead a crew of 2-3 team members daily
• Layout and install smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial)
• Complete projects within budgeted hours and on schedule
• Ensure workflows and processes are designed and executed correctly
• Interface with subcontractors as necessary
• Interface with suppliers for timely and accurate material delivery
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and properly
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Train technicians to install systems with high quality and efficiency
• Understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Able to read and install irrigation plans
• Complete daily documentation of time and materials
• Lead by example and help team members grow
• Uphold a culture of professionalism by applying company core values
• Keep work vehicle and equipment clean, maintained and organized

• Ability to make and keep promises
• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial and/or residential irrigation service
• Strong understanding of hydraulics calculations related to irrigation systems
• Excellent working knowledge of industry equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Passing score on Conserva competency assessment
• IA certification preferred but not required (willing to obtain)
• Ability to effectively train installation technicians
• Valid driver’s license and insurable on company policy
• Must pass background check
• Proficient in CRM scheduling software or able to learn
• Proficient in oral and written communications
• English/Spanish language proficiency a plus
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Comfortable with multiple technology platforms (laptop, tablet, phone)
• Physical toughness to work outdoors in seasonal weather
• Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner
• Results-oriented with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and desire for growth

• Hours:
  
  6:45 AM – 4:45 PM
• Days:
  Monday–Friday (Off Sundays)
• Occasional Saturdays due to weather or production delays
• Smoke-free vehicles, client property, and offices
• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Service area includes Nashville and surrounding counties
