• $18.00 – $25.00 per hour + opportunities for career growth
• $500 bonus for completing Conserva internal training (LMS Program)

• Delight our customers
• Become an indispensable member of a 2–3-person installation crew
• Assist in installing industry leading smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial)
• Learn the “Conserva Way” and acquire mastery of irrigation system components (controllers, valves, heads, nozzles piping, wiring)
• Maintain a professional approach to attendance, conduct and appearance
• Build business trust with co-workers, supervisors and customers (promise made, promise kept)
• Adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews

• Internal, online technician training program (LMS)
• Full support for obtaining industry certification (CIT)
• Interaction with high character people and high performing teams
• Find your own path for career growth locally or within the Conserva/Empower ecosystem
• Uncover your potential for growth by either driving productivity or overseeing operations

• Ability to make and keep promises
• Irrigation industry experience preferred but not required
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass background check
• Results-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Great attitude with a desire for growth
• Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish)

• Hours:
  
  6:45 AM – 4:45 PM
• Days: M-F (Off Sundays)
• Occasional Saturdays due to excessive weather or production delays
• Smoke-free vehicles, client property, and offices
• Required to work outdoors in many primary job functions in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather)
• Servicing Nashville and surrounding counties
