Truck Driver Mentor CDL Class A

Start your career as a Mentor Driver with guaranteed base earnings of $1,225 – $1,455 per week (before bonuses). With our new higher CPM pay scale , plus training incentives and milestone bonuses, your weekly paycheck can grow fast.

Unlike standard driving jobs, mentors are paid on all truck miles — both yours and your student's. That means more miles = more pay, without the waiting. Plus, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of safe, successful drivers.

• Runs average 11 days OTR (not 3–4 weeks away)

• Student drives minimum 5 hours/day — you can maximize the rest of the 14-hour clock

• Time off between students if desired

• Paid 3-day Mentor Development Training ($850 + bonuses for student pickup/dispatch)

• + $0.10 CPM while training

• + $0.04 CPM productivity bonus

• $500 bonus after student completes 10K safe miles

• $300 bonus after 20K safe miles

• Elite Mentor Program :
  Train 6+ students and earn $0.01 CPM for every mile they run in their first solo year
