We are currently seeking FULL-TIME Fuel/Lube Truck Assistant to assist our driver and ensure our equipment stays fueled and lubricated on job sites throughout the Middle Tennessee area. Responsibilities include fueling, greasing, and the checking of fluid levels of our various types heavy equipment. No experience needed. Our team consists of 3 Fuel/Lube Trucks and 1 dedicated Lube truck working together to ensure all our machines are job ready.

• MUST have reliable transportation to and from work.
• MUST read, write and speak fluently in English.
• Applicants must be responsible, self-motivated individuals with strong work ethic and able to work with a partner!
• MUST be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

All shop positions require your own reliable transportation to and from Civil’s shop located in Franklin, TN. All shop positions are full-time and commonly a 6 day work week Monday-Saturday. THIS POSITION IS NON-EXEMPT. Estimated annual salary is $45,000 – $65,000 based on experience.
