Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia. • Flexible schedule options: Choose 5 eight‑hour days or 4 ten‑hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
• Manageable patient load: Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
• Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians
• Generous time off: Up to 35 days of annual ATO, additional 8 weeks of paid parental leave also available
• Hybrid care model: Mix of in‑person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

• EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers focus on their patients in real time and minimizes after‑hours charting
