The Physician Assistant (PA) will work alongside a team of experienced Otolaryngologists and medical professionals to provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse patient population.

• Clinical Care
  :
  Assist in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.

• Patient Consultations
  :
  Conduct thorough patient histories and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Procedural Assistance
  :
  Support physicians during in-office procedures and surgical cases.

• Treatment Management
  :
  Perform minor procedures, including ear cleaning, nasal packing, suturing, and biopsies as appropriate.

• Post-Operative Care
  :
  Monitor patient recovery, manage follow-up visits, and address post-procedural concerns.

• Patient Education
  :
  Counsel patients on treatment plans, procedures, medications, and preventive care.

• Documentation
  :
  Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with the physicians, nurses, audiologists, and other clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program.

• Board Certification (NCCPA) or eligibility required.

• Valid Virginia PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.

• New graduates with a strong interest in Otolaryngology are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided.
