Responsibilities:
General Family Practice, Adult Outpatient Care (no ICU/CCU), General Pediatric Outpatient
Required Procedures:
General Family Practice
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Mid-Level Provider in office
Days Per Month:
Monday Friday coverage with 1:6 call
On-Call/Weekends: 1 week of call every 6 weeks (Monday Monday)
Submission Requirements:
Board Certified REQUIRED
Active VA license or willingness to obtain REQUIRED
BLS Certification REQUIRED
Must be local Only mileage is reimbursed REQUIRED
