Bon Secours Franklin Family Medicine is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established, patient-focused practice in beautiful Franklin, Virginia

You’ll work alongside a highly experienced Family Nurse Practitioner and collaborate with other regional primary care providers in a collegial network that puts patients-and providers-first.
Why You’ll Love This Role- Flexible schedule options: Choose 5 eight-hour days or 4 ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM
- Manageable patient load: Up to 20 patients per day across all ages, with a low pediatric panel
- Light call schedule: 1:7 rotation shared equally among group physicians
- Generous time off: Up to 35 days of annual ATO
, additional 8 weeks of paid parental leave also available - Hybrid care model: Mix of in-person visits and telehealth to serve patients where they are

- EPIC EMR, MyChart telemedicine, DAX Copilot A/I which helps our providers to focus on their patients in real-time and minimizes after-hours patient charting
