Senior Licensed Land Surveyor & Surveying Manager

A civil engineering firm is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to plan and direct the work of surveyors and technicians. This role involves managing multiple field crews, quality control, and client management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in surveying, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Tennessee Professional Registered Land Surveyor license. A solid understanding of survey regulations and familiarity with aerial mapping and LiDAR scanning is preferred.

This role entails both office and field work in various conditions.
