We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team serving Franklin and nearby communities. This is an opportunity to work in a role where your clinical expertise is valued, your voice is heard, and your contributions make a lasting difference every day.

As a BCBA at EzCare ABA, you'll play a key role in guiding treatment, mentoring team members, and helping children achieve meaningful goals. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Deliver parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain quality documentation and clinical compliance
• Help children reach meaningful milestones and long-term success

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and clinical leadership skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, family-centered care
