Senior Netsuite Administrator

Ready to own a mission‑driven Net Suite environment? As our Senior Net Suite Administrator, you’ll be the stabilizing force behind our platform and the catalyst for smarter, faster operations. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Software Support, you’ll partner across technology and business teams to deliver rock‑solid performance, hands‑on end‑user support, and thoughtful solutions. You’ll be the go‑to conduit to Net Suite Support and a key player on special projects—from expansion to migrations—researching options and championing the right path forward.

• Adhere to EMF’s software development standards; policies and procedures related to software application and security architecture, design and coding standards and testing; to including creation of technical documentation as it applies to the Net Suite platform.
• Responsible for building and customizing Net Suite solutions and managing integrations with other systems.
• Perform day to day operation, maintenance and support tasks for all Net Suite applications and associated systems.
• Administer user accounts and permissions.
• Configure integrations between Net Suite and other business applications.
• Manage administration‑related projects, collaborate with functional teams affected, and conduct quarterly meetings with finance leadership.
• Actively participate in system enhancements/upgrades
• Maintain up to date knowledge of Net Suite.
• Evaluate and rebuild existing user security profiles.
• Identify & evaluate opportunities for application optimization, integration, and development.
• Perform ad hoc, special projects as assigned.
• Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert and primary point of contact for Net Suite.
• Partner with Advanced Customer Support and the internal Net Suite Support teams
• Provide Net Suite training and documentation to users as needed.
• Support the internal and external audit process.
• Perform configuration and business process testing for Net Suite requests. This includes managing custom fields, forms, records, workflows, searches, reports, dashboards, and user roles to support business needs.
• Conduct training sessions for end‑users, empowering them to maximize their understanding and utilization of Net Suite's features; provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.
• Continuously identify opportunities for system improvement, streamline processes and enhance Net Suite's functionality to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Create comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes to aid in knowledge transfer and support future system enhancements.
• Perform 24 x 7 support for departments utilizing the Net Suite platform.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and complete other duties as assigned.

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience required.
• Net Suite Administrator Certification desired.
• 5 years’ of ERP experience with 2 years in Net Suite administration and strong knowledge of database structure and user interface.
• Experience in configuring components of various complexity within the Net Suite environment.
• Experience in deploying/supporting Finance and Supply Chain functions in Net Suite.
• Experience using Suite Script and Suite Flow tools.
• 1 year of experience with each of the following:
  • Net Suite Connector/REST API
  • Utilizing PL/SQL languages
  • Relational database design
  • Stored procedure development in Oracle or MS SQL
  • ERP System implementation and system integration
  • Net Suite One World or Net Suite Lite
  • Administering ERP Suite Builder and Suite Bundle Suite Script.
• Technical proficiency in customizing and configuring Net Suite to suit business needs.
• Some technical experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, Net Suite, Suite Cloud developer tools preferred
• Familiarity of various business processes as they relate to accounting, finance, sales, order processing, and inventory management.
