Production Operator​/Manufacturing

Salary Range: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
2nd Shift includes a 15% differential
3rd Shift includes a 22.5% differential

The Production Operator supports daily manufacturing operations by producing high-quality components and products in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, performing assembly and inspection tasks, and ensuring products meet quality, safety, and production requirements. Multiple operators are being hired across all shifts.

Operate, monitor, and support manual and/or CNC, NC, laser, milling, turning, grinding, or EDM equipment as required. Manufacture and assemble components according to work instructions, travelers, and quality standards. Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications. Package completed parts following established procedures. Adhere to all safety, quality, and production protocols. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support production goals.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and quality focus. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
2nd

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (15% shift differential)
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM (22.5% shift differential)
