Junkluggers of Nashville is a green‑focused junk removal company that hires front‑line “Lugger” workers for an hourly wage. We provide pay, training, safety gear, and a supportive team culture that emphasizes customer service, environmental stewardship, and safe, efficient field work.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while removing items from homes and businesses.
• Lift, bag, and haul items up to 100 pounds, using provided equipment and safety procedures.
• Drive trucks, manage logistics, and create quotes for prospective customers.
• Show empathy and resolve customer situations with professionalism.
• Collaborate with teammates, maintain safety standards, and embrace continuous improvement.

• High reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Valid driver’s license (24+ years old) and clean driving record; no moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer‑facing role.
• Fast learning, technology proficiency, and strong safety attitude.

• $20.00 per hour base wage.
• Hourly pay plus customer‑service tips.
• Paid training and “Onboard a Friend” $250 bonus for each friend hired who works 3 months.
• Uniform shirts, jacket, hat, and safety gear provided.
