Vaco is partnering with a global manufacturing company and is seeking an AR Specialist to join their growing finance team.
Base pay range$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for account inquiries and payment-related issues.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies on outstanding invoices.
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely collection and resolution of customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate account reconciliations and ensure financial records are up to date.
- Support the preparation of internal reports and analysis related to receivables.
- Assist with period-end activities and provide documentation for audit purposes.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Strong background in Accounts Receivable within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in SAP required
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
