Job Title: Technical Accounting Manager

A leading global organization is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join its dynamic finance team. Compliance with US GAAP. This position plays a critical role in ensuring IFRS, and SEC regulations, while supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining SOX compliance.

• Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Lead documentation and reporting of expected credit losses under ASC 326 and IFRS 9.
• Research and interpret new accounting standards and regulatory changes.
• Review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q).
• Maintain SOX compliance for the Financial Services segment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to update and implement accounting policies.
• Support financial audits and respond to technical accounting inquiries.
• Review contracts and business arrangements for proper accounting treatment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA certification (required).
• 6+ years of experience in technical accounting, ideally with Big 4 public accounting experience and exposure to large, international financial services or manufacturing clients.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC compliance, and financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to write technical accounting memos and collaborate across departments.
