Front Desk Attendant

You’ll act as the first point of contact for the business, greet members as they enter the facility, launder and fold towels, answer phone calls, light cleaning/organizing and help us with other operational duties to keep everything running smoothly.

• Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions
• Ensure the security of the building by having visitors follow necessary sign-in protocol
• Folding towels, cleaning duties, locker room and club checks
• Closing and opening the gym
• Multi-tasking and being positive/energetic

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred
• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills Compensation: $10 per hour
