Service Coordinator - Fire Protection Division

The Service Coordinator facilitates the relationship between the company and clients. Answer service calls, process orders, modify, and escalation service requests across several communication channels. Act as a liaison, provide service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Manage work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance contracts within company systems. Support the team in ensuring fire protection services meet NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
