Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service
ROC Ventures, LLC seeks Guest Service associates for Frost Fest 2026 in Franklin, WI. You will work at the front gate and box office, greeting guests, scanning and selling tickets, wrist-banding patrons, and assisting with way finding.
Shifts run primarily Thu–Sun from Nov 19 to Dec 27, with full-week coverage during Christmas week. Hours vary 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; closed Thanksgiving and Christmas days.
