A Designer will create and revise detailed mechanical drawings for data-center chiller components, working under the guidance of senior designers and engineers.

This role will be Hybrid-based out of our Franklin Plant located at 3033 W. Oakwood R, Franklin, WI.

• Translate conceptual sketches and engineering notes into accurate drawings and models.
• Assist in developing part and assembly layouts for prototype and production chillers.
• Maintain and update the company’s design library and standard detail database.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing teams to clarify drawing intent and manufacturability.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help generate and manage design BOMs and revision histories.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical Design, Drafting, Industrial Design, or related field and/or co‑op/intern experience or equivalent working experience.
• 1 year of working experience in related field or co‑op/intern experience.
• Hands‑on experience (co‑op or internship or working experience) with CAD tools (i.e. Solid Works, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Creo).
• Familiarity with basic GD&T principles and mechanical drafting standards.
• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
