• Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships, and performing teller duties.
• Devote at least 50% of activities to sales and sales support.
• Perform office and administrative duties to support operational needs.
• Some Associate Bankers may be assigned as Area Associate Bankers covering multiple branch locations.

• Open new accounts and perform deposit account maintenance.
• Respond to customers promptly and courteously.
• Ensure required forms are completed accurately and that customers understand terms and conditions.
• Provide basic information on consumer loan products and refer potential loan customers appropriately.
• Recognize additional customer opportunities and maintain proper disclosures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet sales goals.
