Part-Time Caregiver – Home Instead

• Milwaukee Metro Area: Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Greendale, Greenfield, Franklin, Hales Corners, Oak Creek, Bay View, Waukesha – Starting Wage $16–$17/hr.
• Western Waukesha County: Oconomowoc, Hartland, Pewaukee, Sussex, Mukwonago, Dousman – $19–$20/hr for day shifts & Awake Overnights.
• Signing Bonus: $300.

After completing 100 hours you will receive $100; after 500 hours, $200.

Drivers License Required.

• Comfortable speaking, hearing, reading, and writing English.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds and to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Ability to provide physical assistance (stand‑by while walking, assist with transfers).
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Capacity to work in environments with dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
• Respect for clients and their property.
• Adaptability to varied living environments.
• Friendly and congenial communication with clients.

• Companionship and conversation.
• Stabilization and assistance with walking.
• Meal preparation and clean‑up of meal‑related items.
• Medication and appointment reminders.
• Light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens).
• Washing and ironing laundry.
• Errands.
• Accompanying clients to appointments.
• Bathing, grooming, and toileting/incontinence care assistance.
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia care.

All shifts available: days, evenings, overnights, weeks, and 24‑hour shifts. Both short and long shifts. Work available in Waukesha and Southern Milwaukee Counties.
