Hiring Now for Full Time Medical Assistant for Innovative Pain Care

• Greet and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist healthcare professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs and collecting specimens.
• Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Maintain accurate and efficient medical records and update patient information as needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns and inquiries.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of MA program is preferred but not required.
• Experience working as a Medical Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Ability to read manual BP is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7 AM- 5:30 PM

Work Location:

In person/onsite, Main location Mount Pleasant

Travel is required between clinics in Mount Pleasant, Franklin, and Mequon as needed.
