• Lead the shift, ensuring cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations meet standards.
• Set the example for all team members and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, marketing, profitability, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.

• Understanding and giving correct written instructions.
• Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers for in‑person and telephone orders.
• Mathematical accuracy: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle monetary change.
• Motor coordination and keyboard or touchscreen proficiency.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas. Sudden temperature changes, food odor fumes, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts are present.

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand/eye tasks, tools, equipment, and work aids.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle eligible for delivery.
• Navigational skills: read maps, locate addresses in the delivery area, and navigate multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
