A global marketing company is seeking a Third Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production operations at their Franklin, WI packaging plant. The supervisor will ensure production schedules are met, maintain product quality, and lead a team of manufacturing workers. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, knowledge of print processes, and a strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
