The Campbell's Company is hiring a Seasoning Operator at our Franklin, WI facility. You will ensure products are seasoned accurately and move continuously to packaging lines, while maintaining food safety, equipment performance and quality standards.
The role requires 1+ year production experience, strong attention to detail, ability to follow GMP/SOPs and lift up to 60 pounds. Day shift on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule with varying start times. Competitive benefits and stability offered.
