Stand Up Forklift Operators

Our client, Skilled Manufacturing & Warehouse Operations is seeking a Stand Up Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operators, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting packaging support operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail for inventory accuracy, and the drive to keep production moving.

** Shift:
** 6am-6pm (12hr shifts)

** Rotating

Schedule:

** 2-2-3 (provides every other weekend off)

** What's the Job?*
* + Safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

+ Supply production and packaging lines with the materials needed to support continuous operation.

+ Load and unload trailers, verifying counts and ensuring proper documentation is completed.

+ Perform accurate system transactions for materials, including scanning, labeling, and inventory tracking.

+ Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse, staging, and dock areas while following all safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Experience operating forklifts or powered industrial trucks (PIT) required; certification preferred.

+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management or ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).

+ 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.

+ Knowledge of food safety and GMP requirements preferred.
