Floating Shift Lead – JM HOLDINGS, LLC dba Jersey Mike’s Subs (Full Time). Locations:

We’re searching for a motivated Floating Shift-Lead to join our Franklin, WI team! In this pivotal role, you’ll work both opening and closing shifts to ensure consistently high standards wherever you go.

• Supervising and coaching team members during your shifts
• Maintaining our “Raving Fans” level customer service standards
• Ensuring top-quality food safety, store cleanliness, and smooth operations at every location
• Handling cash, creating a positive atmosphere, and jumping into any role when needed
• Solving problems in real time

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
• Comfortable delegating tasks and holding the team accountable to standard operating procedures
• Coaching and training team members on the line
• Experience with inventory, accurate cash handling, and food safety protocols
• Skilled at facilitating smooth shift handoffs
• Excellent communication skills and an outgoing, customer-focused personality
• Reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and shift gears with changing priorities
• Must have open availability and be committed to becoming fully certified as a Shift Lead

• $18.50/hour plus tips
• 37–40 hours per week
