Account Manager - Ticket Sales & Services

Position objective:
Tickets are the lifeblood of sports. This role focuses on accelerating growth and maximizing impact across the organization through effective ticket sales and client engagement.

• Gain knowledge of the ticketing system to answer questions and troubleshoot any customer issues.
• Manage game day responsibilities: box office operations, answering incoming calls & emails, and/or prospecting clients at the stadium.
• Leverage best practices to sell tickets.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and closed sales.
• Assist with ticket holder gift distribution.
• Other duties as assigned.

You should have strong communication skills and a willingness to listen and learn. Sales experience is not required.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Basic understanding of technology systems and Internet applications as well as CRM systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with , Ticketmaster, Archtics, or other ticketing systems a plus, but not required.

Base salary plus commissions, starting at approximately $35,000 per year with potential increases based on sales volume. Full health benefits included.
