Position Purpose: Repair and Tool Technicians are responsible for evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They recommend equipment, ensure units are maintained, and support both store and repair center operations. In stores, technicians provide customer service in Tool Rental, including writing contracts, invoices, and demonstrating equipment use. They also manage daily equipment operations and maintenance.
In non-store locations, technicians repair, test, and clean units before returning them to the store. They must have thorough tool knowledge and manage inventory effectively.
