As a CBRE HVAC/Refrigeration Hybrid Mobile Technician, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/Refrigeration systems as well as general building maintenance—including light electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry—across multiple locations and building types in the Greenfield area.

This position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function. It involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and general building maintenance (light plumbing, carpentry, and electrical).

CBRE provides a company van, gas card, tablet, phone, uniforms, boot allowance, and all tools needed.

This role does NOT require on‑call or overtime (often available if desired).

• Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies to conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC/R equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Solve equipment failures, determine the best course of action for modifications, and apply expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/Refrigeration systems and associated equipment, including electrical distribution, plumbing systems, and light carpentry while completing maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company‑issued vehicles in the execution of daily work responsibilities.
• Share in‑depth knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and broad understanding of multiple job subject areas within facilities maintenance.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE's Culture.
• Explain technical information to others in a clear, professional manner, ensuring team members and clients understand details and solutions.

• High School Diploma—GED, or trade school certification with 4‑5 years of job‑related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Universal EPA or CFC Certification with hands‑on refrigeration experience.
• Basic knowledge and skills in light carpentry, electrical, and plumbing—this is a Hybrid role.
• Meet physical requirements: stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Strong organizational skills, advanced‑inquisitive mindset, and ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Desire to apply innovative thinking to existing solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to perform calculations such as percentages and fractions.
