Pay: $22 - $25/hr + On-Call Pay + Performance Bonuses

Monday–Friday + rotating on-call

What You’ll Be DoingDiagnosing and solving real problems — leaks, locks, lights, heat, the classics.
Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.
Working directly with residents — being the one who gets it done.
Partnering with teammates and trusted vendors.
Rotating on-call to respond fast — and earning extra when you do.
What You Bring to the TableA solid work ethic. Show up, own your day, finish what you start.
General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
Pride in craftsmanship.
