Are you a passionate individual with a love for swimming? Innovative Health and Fitness in Franklin, WI, is on the lookout for enthusiastic swim instructors and lifeguards to join our growing team. As the number of new members continues to rise daily, we need more instructors to meet the demand. We provide both group and private swimming lessons to help clients improve their skills in the water.

Swim instructors are pivotal in teaching individuals how to swim safely and confidently, while also promoting water safety and the joy of swimming. They cultivate a positive learning atmosphere that nurtures skill development and a passion for swimming. • Develop and teach water safety and swimming techniques to a variety of ages and abilities
• Establish a safe learning environment for all participants
• Design lesson plans that adhere to the provided scheme of work
• Diagnose any incorrect swimming techniques and suggest methods for improvement
• Assess the progress of each individual and provide constructive feedback
• Manage attendance, progress, and incident records; ensure swimming aids and equipment are maintained
• Ensuring the safety of all participants during lessons by actively monitoring the pool area and enforcing safety rules
• Communicating with students and their guardians or parents regarding progress, goals, and any concerns. Providing constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence in the water

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification

$20 hourly
