Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Complete all monthly Accounts Receivable tasks to include invoicing, recording payments to customer accounts, collections, and refund processes.
• Provide support to bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Participate in the creation and management of the organizational budget.
• Provide support to the Director of Accounting.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Accounting Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

  Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Attention to Detail:
  Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy to financial records.

  Skills:
  
  Strong oral and written communication skills are essential with the ability to implement goals and objectives required by the accounting profession.

• Four-year degree in accounting or multiple years of experience.

• Great Plains Dynamics (preferred), Millennium (preferred), Kronos (preferred), Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
