Customer Service Representative I (Hybrid - Fraser, MI)

Location: Fraser, MI, US

Remote Work: 1-2 days at home (site based)

Salary Range: $21.40/hour - $26.70/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, except once a month for an entire week, 10:30am-7:00pm shift


* Must be able to commute to Fraser, MI.*

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve the complaint and/or coordinate service recovery.
  • Understands the essentials of the assigned skills and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
  • Assists the department in meeting customer needs and reaching department expectations.
  • Completes required training and understand how to use tools available to recall necessary information.
  • Documents conversations with customers according to procedure.
  • Follows established procedures to meet customer needs.

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience.
  • Type 30 WPM.
  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a heavy volume service environment (phone, email, internal communications) preferred.
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work under targets and with deadline
  • Positive attitude, proactive engagement and solutions seeking
  • Intermediate Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

The compensation range for this position is from $21.40/hour - $26.70/hour depending on experience and location.
