MUST HAVEPrior Law Firm Experience
Responsibilities- Manage the office's day-to-day operations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage hiring, training, and firing of staff.
- Check on office supplies and order as necessary.
- Maintain organization of files, schedules, and office resources.
- Assist with HR-related functions, onboarding, and firm policies.
- Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-performance environment
- Prior law firm or professional office management experience required
