Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekend availability as needed)

Prior Law Firm Experience

• Manage the office's day-to-day operations.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage hiring, training, and firing of staff.
• Check on office supplies and order as necessary.
• Maintain organization of files, schedules, and office resources.
• Assist with HR-related functions, onboarding, and firm policies.

• Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-performance environment
• Prior law firm or professional office management experience required
