We’re looking for both inexperienced and skilled Meat Cutters to join our team and be a part of our tradition of quality, precision, and excellence.

Job Summary

The Meat Cutter will be responsible for breaking down, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products in accordance with company specifications. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we offer hands‑on training and opportunities for growth in a fast‑paced, high‑quality production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and portion beef, lamb, pork, and specialty meats with attention to detail and product quality.
  • Knife

    Skills:

    Use knives, saws, and other equipment safely and effectively (training provided for entry‑level applicants).
  • Product Consistency: Follow company guidelines to maintain consistency in cuts, weights, and presentation.
  • Sanitation & Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with a team of cutters and packers to fulfill daily production goals.
  • Customer Standards: Understand and execute specifications for high‑end restaurant and retail clients.
Qualifications For Entry‑Level Candidates
  • Willingness to learn and work with raw meat.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • No prior experience required – full training provided.
For Experienced Candidates
  • Prior meat cutting, butchery, or processing experience.
  • Familiarity with primal and subprimal cuts.
  • Proficiency with knives, bandsaws, and portion control.
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining high quality standards.
