Machine Operator – Plastic Injection Molding- 12 Hour Shifts
Location: Fraser / Clinton Township, MI area
Pay: $16.00/hr + $0.50 shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shift
Shift: 1st shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
2nd shift: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts- ROTATING SCHEDULE
Qualified Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established plastic injection molding manufacturer with over 50 years of experience. We are looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines.
- Inspect parts for quality and defects.
- Trim, assemble, and package finished products.
- Perform basic machine checks and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Meet production and quality expectations.
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Comfortable working around machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to push, pull, and move materials as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive production and packaging tasks throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
