Quality Inspector

My client is a leading manufacturing company who is growing! They are looking to add a Quality Inspector to their team!

Compensation Up To $35/hr

Job Details:

• Conducting regular quality inspections and audits of the manufacturing processes and finished products using tools like Calipers, Micrometers, etc.
• Utilizing your knowledge of metal inspection techniques to ensure the quality of our metal products.
• Identifying quality issues and implementing effective solutions to rectify them.
• Documenting inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works, and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Collaborating with the production team to implement quality control programs and improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Participating in problem-solving teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience using inspection tools such as Caliper, Micrometers is essential.
• A deep understanding of metal inspection techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas.
• A strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
