We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated GP to join our friendly and supportive multidisciplinary team. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience. We are an expanding medical group and looking for an experienced GP who is looking for a role predominantly doing management clinical lead work nationally- this would entail:
- 1:1s with clinical staff
- Dealing with complaints
- Training needs for clinical staff
- Ideally able to travel nationally
- Working on protocols standardised across the group
- Suited to a GP with experience looking for a new challenge.
- Flexible role - could be mix of clinical and non - clinical management work (50-50, 60-40 etc)

We would like to be approved as a training practice and would be keen to support further GPs interested in becoming trainers.
